A dispenser trolley organises tray storage and service without fixed shelving. It uses vertical space to hold trays in a compact stack, letting staff pull one tray at a time from the front while the rest remain neatly aligned behind a protective barrier. The stack is supported by a spring mechanism that pushes the trays upward as each one is removed, so the next tray is always at the same convenient height. This keeps the workflow smooth and eliminates the need to bend or reach into deep cupboards.
To load the trolley, the operator opens the rear panel, removes the spring assembly, and places up to 100 trays into the frame. The spring is then reinserted and adjusted to match the number of trays, ensuring the correct tension. Once the panel is closed, the trolley is ready for service. Staff pull trays from the front as needed, and the spring-fed platform rises automatically, presenting the next tray at the same level. The plastic barrier at the front prevents trays from sliding out while allowing easy access.
The trolley is built with a galvanised steel frame for corrosion resistance in humid kitchen environments. Four 125 mm wheels, two of which have brakes, allow the unit to be moved between storage and service areas and then locked in place. An ergonomic stainless steel handle provides a secure grip for pushing and pulling. The rear panel is easily removable for spring adjustment, and the entire unit can be wiped down after service.
With a footprint of 450 mm by 500 mm, the trolley fits through standard kitchen doorways and alongside worktops without obstructing traffic. Its 900 mm height maximises vertical storage while remaining within reach of most staff. The 50 kg maximum load capacity allows the trolley to hold a full complement of trays and their contents without straining the frame or wheels.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel handle and galvanised frame with a damp cloth. The plastic barrier can be removed for thorough cleaning if needed. The wheels should be checked periodically for debris that could impede movement.
Trays are not supplied with the trolley.
