A stainless-steel worktable built to hold heavy cutting boards while food is portioned, chopped or filleted. The table provides a rigid, flat surface that resists warping under repeated knife impact and supports the weight of large joints, fish or bulk vegetables without sagging.

The table's welded frame transfers the load from the reinforced top directly into the legs. Four adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors and prevent rocking, so the board stays steady while the knife moves. The feet also raise the frame clear of floor moisture, reducing corrosion and making cleaning easier.

To use the table, the operator places a 300 mm or 400 mm plastic cutting board on the reinforced top. The board's edges rest against the raised lip, keeping it from sliding during use. Once the board is in place, food is prepared directly on it. After service, the board is lifted off and washed separately, leaving the stainless-steel top ready for the next task.

The frame is constructed from 40×40 mm stainless-steel tube for the legs and 40×20 mm or 25×25 mm tube for the cross-bracing. The top is a heavy-duty welded assembly that resists flexing. Adjustable feet are made of stainless steel and allow a levelling range of 65 mm, with a tolerance of +30 mm to -35 mm.

The table is sized at 1200 mm long, 700 mm wide and 900 mm high. This footprint fits standard kitchen aisles and allows two operators to work side by side. The height of 900 mm matches most worktops, so boards can be slid between stations without lifting.

Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless-steel surfaces are wiped down with detergent and sanitiser after each shift. The adjustable feet are checked periodically to ensure they remain tight and level. Plastic cutting boards are removed and washed in a commercial dishwasher or by hand.

Two thicknesses of plastic board are available: 20 mm and 30 mm. The boards are sold separately and are not included with the table.
