A stainless steel table top provides a hygienic, non-porous work surface that resists heat, stains and corrosion. The flat plane supports bottles, glassware, mixing tools and small appliances without warping or absorbing spills, while the rigid construction prevents flexing under load. This layout is standardised for bar stations, where speed and organisation depend on a stable, easy-clean platform that keeps everything within reach of the operator.
The table top is installed by placing it directly onto a supporting frame or cupboard unit. No additional fixings are required beyond levelling the base; the weight of the steel keeps the top in position during use. Once in place, the operator arranges bottles, ice bins, speed rails and other bar equipment across the 2400 mm length, using the full depth of 650 mm to keep workflows compact and efficient. The 40 mm height is sufficient to clear most under-counter appliances and plumbing while maintaining a comfortable working height for staff.
Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the surface is durable, easy to sanitise and resistant to the acids and alkalis found in spirits, mixers and cleaning agents. The material requires no coating or treatment, so the finish remains consistent even after repeated scrubbing and exposure to moisture.
Cleaning involves wiping the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service, followed by a dry pass to prevent water marks. For deeper cleaning, a stainless steel cleaner can be used to restore shine without damaging the metal. No disassembly is needed; the single-piece construction allows the entire top to be cleaned in place.
The table top is supplied as a single, flat sheet with no pre-drilled holes or cut-outs, allowing it to be fitted to a variety of bar station frames and cupboard units. Its dimensions match standardised bar layouts, making it suitable for both new installations and refurbishments of existing stations.
