A stainless-steel table top creates a continuous, hygienic work surface that withstands the constant movement of bottles, glassware and bar tools without warping or staining.
The flat, unperforated sheet of AISI 304 stainless steel spreads the load evenly, so heavy cocktail shakers or ice bins do not dent or bow the surface. Its smooth finish allows quick wipe-down between shifts, and the corrosion-resistant alloy resists the acids in citrus juices and syrups that can pit softer metals.
To install, the unit is placed directly on a supporting frame or cupboard of matching width. The 40 mm height aligns with standard under-bar equipment, ensuring a flush transition between the worktop and any adjacent sinks, taps or refrigerated drawers. No additional levelling is required once the supporting structure is level.
The 2200 mm length provides a single run of workspace that can accommodate multiple bartenders side by side, while the 650 mm depth gives enough room for two rows of bottles or a row of glasses behind the mixing area. The 40 mm thickness adds rigidity without increasing the overall height, so the work surface remains at a comfortable standing level.
Cleaning is limited to wiping the surface with a damp cloth and a mild detergent; the non-porous stainless steel does not trap residues or require polishing. Edges are folded under to eliminate sharp corners, reducing the risk of cuts during cleaning or service.
This model is supplied as a single, unperforated sheet without cut-outs for taps or sinks, allowing the operator to position service points exactly where needed.
