Table base BHS-HoReCa POLE-19

A sturdy table base forms the foundation of a professional worktop, holding chopping boards, hotplates or bain-maries at a comfortable working height. The E-19 base raises the surface on a single central column so the operator can stand close on all sides without legs in the way. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors, keeping the top stable and preventing spills or wobble during service.

Assembly begins with the circular base plate, which spreads the load across the floor. The stainless-steel column threads into the plate and is secured with mounting screws. A black-painted steel upper plate bolts to the top of the column, providing a flat 250 mm square platform for the worktop. Five adjustable feet screw into the base plate, allowing fine levelling once the unit is in position. The operator places the chosen worktop on the upper plate and marks the fixing points; screws for the top itself are not supplied and must be selected to suit the material.

The brushed AISI 201 stainless-steel column and base resist corrosion in humid kitchen environments and wipe clean quickly after spills. The black-painted steel upper plate protects the mounting area from scratches and provides a contrasting finish. With a 450 mm diameter base and 730 mm overall height, the unit fits under standard worktop depths up to 800 mm. A 12 kg weight allows one person to move the base into position before assembly.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent; the painted steel plate should not be scrubbed with abrasives. For glass or oversized tops, a round aluminium adapter can be ordered separately to bridge the gap between the 250 mm mounting plate and the larger diameter.
