A table base built to support catering worktops up to 700 mm across, giving a stable platform for food preparation, plating or holding equipment. The base stands on four adjustable feet that level the unit on uneven floors, keeping the work surface steady even when the kitchen is busy.
The base arrives in parts for self-assembly: a circular foot, a central column and a square mounting plate. The operator fits the column into the foot, secures the plate on top, and screws the four feet into the base. Once assembled, the base holds the worktop at a fixed height of 730 mm, a standard worktop height that matches most professional kitchen equipment and allows staff to work without bending.
The circular foot is 400 mm in diameter, giving a wide stance that resists tipping when heavy trays or appliances are placed on the worktop. The column and foot are made from brushed AISI 201 stainless steel, a material that resists corrosion and wipes clean quickly. The mounting plate is black painted steel, 250 mm square and 3 mm thick, providing a flat surface for securing the worktop. The base does not include screws for fixing the worktop, so the operator selects fasteners suited to the worktop material.
Four adjustable feet at the base allow the operator to level the unit on uneven floors. Each foot can be raised or lowered independently, compensating for sloping floors and preventing wobble. The feet are 60 mm in diameter, giving a firm contact with the floor without marking it.
The base weighs 13 kg, light enough for one person to move into position before assembly. Once assembled, the unit supports worktops up to 700 mm in diameter, making it suitable for small to medium workstations in professional kitchens. The footprint of 400 mm diameter leaves enough floor space for staff to move around the workstation while keeping the worktop within easy reach.
Cleaning is straightforward: the stainless steel surfaces can be wiped down with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, while the painted steel plate can be cleaned with the same materials without damaging the finish. The adjustable feet can be unscrewed for cleaning underneath the base if needed.
An optional variant with a different height is available for kitchens that require a taller or shorter work surface.
