Table base BHS-HoReCa POL-B-06

A table base provides the rigid support that keeps a professional worktop stable under load. Four cast-iron legs are joined by cross-braces to form a square frame; the frame resists twisting and distributes weight evenly across the floor. When the worktop is bolted to the frame, the whole unit becomes a single structure that does not wobble or shift during food preparation.

The B-06 base arrives in separate parts for self-assembly. The operator unpacks the legs, braces and fixing plates, aligns them according to the instructions, and tightens the bolts to create the frame. Once assembled, the base stands 730 mm high, ready to receive a worktop up to 1000 mm in diameter. No screws for mounting the top are supplied; the kitchen chooses fasteners suited to the worktop material and thickness.

The base is made of cast iron painted black. Cast iron gives the necessary mass to prevent tipping and absorbs vibration from chopping or mixing. The black paint finish is durable and easy to wipe clean in a busy kitchen environment.

The footprint of 430 mm by 430 mm determines the floor space the base occupies. At 20 kg, the unit can be moved by two people without lifting equipment, yet it remains heavy enough to stay in place during daily use.

An optional extra is a different colour from the RAL palette, allowing the base to match existing kitchen decor or brand colours.
