The CCOOKAIR extraction island, article number 21CCOOKAIR2100, is designed for professional kitchens.
This extraction island operates by drawing cooking fumes and odours upwards into its hood. The air then passes through a multi-stage purification system to remove contaminants before being expelled. This process helps to maintain a cleaner and more pleasant working environment.
The CCDEP system within the island provides four distinct filtration stages. The initial stage uses stainless steel mesh filters of G2 efficiency. Following this, high-temperature G5 efficiency filters capture medium to large dust particles. The third stage employs electrostatic filters, which are rated to reduce fumes by 98% and odours by 95%. The final stage incorporates a G7 efficiency rigid-pockets filter enriched with activated carbon, designed to eliminate residual odorous particles. An optional ozone generator accessory can further transform grease into powder and completely remove odours.
This system requires a high-performance aspirator with a flow capacity of 3100 m3/h. The extraction island is constructed entirely from stainless steel AISI 304.
The unit has a power consumption of 2.2 kW and operates on a 400 V, 3-phase electrical supply, requiring a 16 A amperage connection.
Its dimensions are 2100 mm in length, 850 mm in width, and 2000 mm in height.
Cleaning involves maintaining the mesh filters in the upper hood and ensuring the other filtration stages are serviced as required by their design.
This product is listed in the catalogue under non-standard fume hoods.
