A stand for professional catering equipment must hold heavy appliances level on uneven floors while preventing movement under vibration. The Novameta Universal Stand OX0-PL1-50/60/50 provides a rigid welded frame that transfers the weight of grills, bain-maries, mixers or heated shelves directly to its four legs. Each leg is a closed stainless-steel tube that resists bending and corrosion, giving the unit a long service life in steamy or wet environments.
The frame is designed to accept a single shelf or worktop at a fixed height. Four adjustable feet at the base allow the operator to level the stand precisely, compensating for sloping floors or worn tiles. The feet are threaded into the legs and can be raised or lowered without tools, so the stand can be repositioned quickly when kitchen layouts change. Anti-slide corners on the top surface grip the underside of the appliance, stopping it from shifting when the equipment is loaded or unloaded.
To use the stand, place it in the desired position and turn each foot until the frame is level. Set the appliance on top, ensuring it sits squarely within the anti-slide corners. No additional fixing is required; the weight of the equipment and the friction of the corners keep it stable during operation.
The frame is welded from stainless-steel tube, giving it strength without unnecessary weight. The feet are also stainless steel, with a rubber pad on the base to protect floors and reduce noise. The standard feet offer a 65 mm adjustment range, while the optional heavy-duty feet provide a tighter 40 mm range for finer levelling.
The stand measures 500 mm front to back, 600 mm side to side and 500 mm tall, creating a compact footprint that fits under most worktops and wall shelves. Its 120 kg per-shelf capacity allows it to support heavy-duty appliances such as countertop fryers, bratt pans or refrigerated drawers, provided the load is spread evenly across the surface.
Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the frame and feet with a damp cloth to remove grease or spills. The welded joints have no crevices where dirt can collect, and the stainless-steel surface resists staining. The rubber pads on the feet can be removed for thorough cleaning if necessary.
Two versions are available: one with standard adjustable feet and one with heavy-duty feet for finer adjustment. Both accept the same range of appliances and fit the same footprint.
