A mobile base for professional catering appliances, the Novameta Universal Stand 300-6 raises equipment to a comfortable working height and keeps it stable on uneven floors. The stand itself has no moving parts; instead, it provides a rigid platform that supports the weight of the appliance above. Adjustable feet at each corner compensate for floor irregularities, preventing wobble and ensuring the appliance remains level during use. This is essential for equipment that relies on precise alignment or even weight distribution, such as mixers, slicers or heated tables.
The operator positions the appliance on the stand, ensuring the weight is spread evenly across the shelf. Once in place, the adjustable feet are turned to raise or lower each corner until the appliance is perfectly level. Anti-slip corners at each post prevent the appliance from shifting during use, while the welded stainless steel frame maintains structural integrity under load. The stand is designed to be moved only when empty; once loaded, it remains in position until the appliance is removed.
Constructed from stainless steel tube with a welded frame, the stand resists corrosion and withstands the moisture and cleaning agents common in professional kitchens. The legs are 40x40 mm stainless steel tube, providing strength without excessive weight. Adjustable feet are fitted at each corner, with two amplitude options: standard feet allow 65 mm of adjustment, while heavy-duty feet provide 40 mm. Both types are made of stainless steel and are included as standard.
The 300x600 mm footprint accommodates most countertop catering appliances, while the 500 mm height places the working surface at a standard ergonomic level. A maximum load of 120 kg per shelf, when weight is distributed evenly, allows the stand to support heavy-duty equipment without deformation. The anti-slip corners, measuring 100x100 mm, grip the appliance base and prevent lateral movement during operation.
Cleaning is straightforward: the smooth stainless steel surfaces can be wiped down with a damp cloth and standard kitchen sanitiser. The adjustable feet should be checked periodically for debris that might interfere with their movement, and the frame inspected for signs of stress if the stand is moved frequently while loaded.
The stand is supplied with both standard and heavy-duty adjustable feet, allowing the operator to choose the best option for the floor conditions in the kitchen.
