A stainless-steel cupboard with three full-extension drawers provides organised storage directly beneath a worktop or hob. The drawers slide on runners that carry the full width of the unit, allowing each drawer to open completely so every item inside is visible and reachable without shifting others. This arrangement keeps ingredients, utensils or small equipment separated by type and ready to hand, reducing the time spent searching and the risk of cross-contamination between raw and cooked items.

The cupboard stands on adjustable feet that level the unit on uneven floors and raise it clear of minor spills. Because the feet can be set independently, the cupboard can be shimmed to match the height of adjacent counters or to slope slightly for drainage if the floor is not perfectly flat. The feet also allow a mop or squeegee to pass underneath, so cleaning the floor beneath the unit is straightforward.

Each drawer is loaded from the front and slides out on its own set of runners. The operator pulls the handle, places or retrieves the items, then pushes the drawer closed until the runners latch. There are no shelves to remove or doors to hold open, so access is faster and both hands remain free to handle the contents. The drawers are sized to hold standard gastronorm containers or smaller bins, so the same cupboard can store dry goods, chilled ingredients or small tools without needing internal dividers.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel throughout, including the body, drawers and runners. Stainless steel resists corrosion from moisture and cleaning chemicals, does not absorb odours or stains, and can be sanitised with steam or hot water. The surfaces are smooth and seamless, so there are no crevices where food debris or bacteria can collect. The corners are welded and ground flush, eliminating sharp edges that could snag clothing or gloves.

The cupboard is available in two widths: 450 mm and 540 mm. The width determines the footprint on the floor and the space available inside each drawer. Both versions are 660 mm high, so they fit under standard worktops and hobs without interfering with splash-backs or overhead shelves. The 540 mm model is priced approximately 5% higher than the 450 mm model.

Cleaning is limited to the parts named: the stainless-steel body, drawers and runners. After removing the contents, each drawer is pulled out fully and wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The runners are cleaned with a brush or cloth to remove any food particles that could impede the slide. The exterior and interior of the cupboard are wiped with the same solution, then dried to prevent water spots. No disassembly is required, and no lubrication is needed for the runners.
