A stainless steel serving trolley moves hot or chilled dishes from the kitchen to the dining area without lifting. The unit rolls on four galvanised wheels, two of them locking to hold the trolley in place while staff load or unload plates, trays or bulk containers. The plastic protective barrier around the top shelf prevents items sliding off during transit, while soundproofing gaskets on each shelf reduce noise when metal trays are set down. The operator assembles the trolley from the flat-pack kit, fitting the wheels, shelves and barrier in sequence. Once built, the trolley is positioned near the plating station or hot pass. Each of the three shelves is loaded with up to 50 kg of plated meals, bulk dishes or beverage dispensers. The trolley is then pushed to the service point, where the brakes are applied before staff transfer the items to the counter or buffet line. After service, the trolley returns empty to the kitchen for the next cycle. The seamless stainless steel frame and shelves shrug off splashes, steam, and daily wipe-downs without staining or rusting, so the trolley stays spotless between service peaks. The shelves sit on soundproofing gaskets that also protect the metal from scratches. Galvanised wheels resist rust and carry the load over uneven floors. The trolley arrives flat packed, reducing storage space before assembly and allowing the unit to pass through standard doorways. The footprint of 100 cm by 55 cm fits between worktops and under pass-through hatches, while the 93 cm height keeps the top shelf within easy reach for most staff. Three shelves provide organised storage for multiple courses or service stations, and the 50 kg load rating per shelf accommodates bulk containers or stacked trays without risk of bending. Cleaning is straightforward: shelves lift off for separate washing, and the stainless steel surfaces wipe clean with standard kitchen sanitiser. The soundproofing gaskets can be removed and rinsed if needed. Wheels are checked periodically for debris that might impede movement, and the brakes are tested to ensure they hold securely when engaged.
