A service trolley moves hot plates, plated dishes and beverages from the pass to the dining room without spills or noise. It rolls on four wheels, two of them locking, so the unit stays steady when loaded or parked. The shelves are flat and rigid, holding trays and crockery without sagging, while sound-insulating gaskets cushion the impact of metal on metal, keeping the movement quiet even when the trolley is fully laden.
The operator loads each shelf with up to fifty kilograms of prepared food or drink, then pushes the trolley to the service point. Once in position, the brakes are applied to prevent rolling. After service, the empty trolley is returned to the kitchen, where it can be cleaned in place or wheeled to a wash-down area.
The frame and shelves are welded stainless steel, chosen for strength and resistance to corrosion in a busy kitchen. A plastic bumper runs around the base, protecting walls and door frames from knocks. The wheels are galvanised steel with a diameter of one hundred millimetres, giving smooth travel over thresholds and floor joints.
Four shelves provide organised storage for different courses or for multiple orders at once. The overall footprint of nine hundred by seven hundred millimetres fits through standard kitchen doorways and service lifts, while the height of one thousand two hundred thirty millimetres keeps the top shelf within easy reach for most staff.
Cleaning is straightforward: the smooth stainless steel surfaces wipe down quickly, and the gaskets can be lifted for thorough sanitising. The wheels are sealed to prevent grease ingress and can be removed for deep cleaning if needed.
The trolley is supplied as a single unit; no assembly is required.
