Shower head for kitchen tap MONOLITH 00502000013

A shower head for a kitchen tap converts a single jet into a wide, even spray. Water is channelled through a perforated plate or nozzle array, breaking the flow into multiple streams. This spreads the water over a larger area, reducing splashing and allowing faster rinsing of dishes, utensils and work surfaces. The pattern is steady and predictable, so staff can direct the water precisely where it is needed without adjusting the tap's flow rate.

To use the shower head, the operator screws it onto the existing tap spout. Once fitted, the tap handle controls the water volume and temperature as before. The shower head remains in place until removed for cleaning or to revert to a single jet. No additional valves or settings are required; the spray activates whenever the tap is turned on.

The shower head is installed and removed by hand, so no tools are needed during routine use. It fits standard kitchen tap spouts, making it compatible with most professional catering taps without modification.

Cleaning is straightforward: the shower head can be unscrewed and rinsed under running water to clear any debris caught in the perforations. Regular removal prevents limescale build-up, ensuring the spray pattern remains even and effective.
