A shelf in a backbar cooler provides a flat, stable surface for organising bottles, glasses and bar accessories. It is positioned between the refrigerated walls so that chilled air circulates above and below, keeping every item at the same low temperature without blocking airflow. The shelf itself does not cool; it simply holds stock at the correct height within the cooled envelope, maximising the usable space inside the cabinet.

To use the shelf, slide it into the pre-formed runners on the cooler's interior side walls. The runners are spaced to match the shelf's width, so it locks into place without tools. Once seated, the shelf supports the weight of filled bottles and prevents them from shifting when the door is opened or closed. When stock is rearranged or the shelf is cleaned, it lifts out by hand for easy access to the area beneath.

The shelf is sized to the exact interior width of the BA15H-I cooler, ensuring a snug fit that stops items from slipping behind or under it. It is the only replacement part that restores the original storage layout and capacity of the unit.
