A roll bond evaporator transfers heat out of the cabinet by circulating refrigerant through a flat aluminium plate. Two sheets of aluminium are bonded together, then inflated with internal channels that carry the refrigerant. As the refrigerant evaporates inside the plate, it absorbs heat from the surrounding air, lowering the temperature inside the bottle cooler. This method spreads cooling evenly across the entire surface, preventing hot spots and ensuring consistent chilling for stored bottles.

The evaporator is installed at the back or side wall of the CEV425CP-I bottle cooler, where it replaces the original unit. Once fitted, the refrigerant circuit is reconnected, and the system is recharged. The plate then begins absorbing heat as soon as the compressor starts, maintaining the set temperature without moving parts or fans.

Constructed from aluminium, the evaporator is lightweight and resistant to corrosion. Its flat design maximises contact with the air inside the cabinet, improving cooling efficiency. The white finish matches the interior of the CEV425CP-I model, preserving the cooler's appearance.

This part is a direct replacement for the CEV425CP-I 2 LED bottle cooler, ensuring compatibility with the existing refrigerant system and control settings. It fits no other models or brands.
