A refrigerated display cabinet that connects to an existing or centralised cooling system, keeping chilled goods visible and accessible without its own refrigeration unit. Cold air from the remote system circulates through a concealed coil at the back of the cabinet. The coil lowers the temperature of the internal air, which then settles in a gentle layer over the food. Electronic sensors monitor the air temperature continuously, adjusting the flow of refrigerant to hold the cabinet between +2 °C and +6 °C.
