This cooling counter maintains prepared ingredients and plated dishes at safe chilled temperatures. Cold air circulates evenly, removing heat efficiently to prevent freezing. The system uses a refrigeration cycle to absorb heat from the interior and release it externally, ensuring consistent temperatures throughout the unit. This allows delicate items like salads and desserts to be stored at precise temperatures until needed for service or final preparation.

The Novameta P439 features seven full-width drawers and a single hinged door for easy access. Each drawer operates on soft-close slides, allowing smooth loading and unloading without disturbing other items. The door opens to a tall compartment suitable for larger trays or stacked containers. Once loaded, the thermostat can be set between -5 °C and +8 °C, with the unit automatically maintaining the chosen temperature.

Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the counter has a brushed exterior to resist fingerprints and smooth interior surfaces for straightforward cleaning. The refrigeration system is sealed and requires no daily maintenance beyond wiping down the drawers and interior. The seven drawers are removable for thorough cleaning or reorganisation. Adjustable feet allow the unit to be levelled on uneven floors and moved short distances without additional equipment.

A 230 V single-phase supply powers the compressor and fan. The 0.293 kW rating allows the counter to operate on a standard plug. With dimensions of 2130 mm in width, 700 mm in depth, and 900 mm in height, it provides ample workspace on top while fitting neatly against walls or between other kitchen equipment. The 430-litre volume offers organised storage across seven drawers and one tall compartment.

Cleaning is simple: remove the drawers, wipe them with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry before replacing. The interior walls and ceiling should be cleaned similarly, while the exterior benefits from stainless-steel polish to maintain its finish. The frost-free refrigeration system eliminates the need for defrosting.
