Description

The Aristarco AFX 3500 is an electronic rack conveyor dishwasher designed for professional use. The electronic controls allow for precise management of the wash cycles.

The AFX 3500 is constructed with a body made from AISI 304 stainless steel, offering durability and resistance to corrosion. The tanks are fabricated from AISI 316 stainless steel, featuring rounded corners for ease of cleaning. Both the upper and lower rinse arms are equipped with stainless steel pipes, and the boiler is also constructed from AISI 316 stainless steel. The unit includes a door safety microswitch and a door stop safety system for operational security.

Operation is managed via electronic controls presented on an LCD display. An auto-start lever facilitates the initiation of all work phases. The dishwasher features automatic water and hot rinse filling. It is equipped with a self-cleaning vertical pump and offers automatic, autonomous drainage of the tanks. A non-return valve is incorporated into the system, and a pressure reducer with a pressure gauge is included. The unit requires a water connection.

The conveyor direction can be configured either from right to left (EDX) or from left to right (ESX). The internal dimensions measure 710x450 mm. The overall dimensions of the unit are 4500 mm in length, 985 mm in width, and 2290 mm in height. The dishwasher has a weight of 595 kg.
