Professional conveyor-type tunnel dishwasher with a capacity of up to 2000 dishes per hour, three conveyor speeds and stainless steel construction. Power: 29.6 kW, dimensions: 1960 × 910 × 2000 mm.
Professional conveyor-type tunnel dishwasher designed for intensive dishwashing in restaurants, hotels, canteens and other professional kitchens. The machine provides a high washing capacity of up to 2000 dishes per hour, allowing large quantities of dishes to be processed efficiently.
The dishwasher is equipped with three adjustable conveyor speeds – 2.0 / 1.8 / 1.2 m/min, allowing the washing process to be adapted to different types of dishes. The washing system, featuring upper and lower washing and rinsing arms, ensures thorough cleaning of dishes.
The machine body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the washing tank and boiler are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The double-wall construction helps reduce heat loss and improves energy efficiency.
The machine is equipped with an automatic water filling system, Thermostop hot rinsing function, electromechanical controls and a safety system. Removable washing arms and stainless steel filters facilitate daily cleaning and maintenance.
Washing tank capacity: 105 L, boiler capacity: 18 L, total electrical power: 29.6 kW. Dimensions: 1960 × 910 × 2000 mm.
The proposed machine has a capacity of approximately 180 baskets per hour.
The solution involves adapting a dishwasher normally designed to convey standard 50 × 50 cm dishwasher baskets so that it can handle 60 × 40 cm baskets.
As shown in the attached images, there are guides inside the machine along which the baskets move; they are pushed forward by drive gears positioned at regular intervals. In this case, the drive system has been adapted so that the baskets are conveyed using their 40 cm side. In your case, the operator must insert both the 60 × 40 cm and 40 × 30 cm baskets with their 40 cm side oriented in the direction of movement. This allows them to fit correctly into the guides, where they are engaged and moved forward by the drive gears.
