A transportation trolley-platform moves bulky or heavy items across a kitchen without lifting. The flat deck carries trays, stock pots, sacks of ingredients or stacked containers, while the wheels roll smoothly over floors and thresholds. Four swivel castors let the operator steer the load around corners and through doorways, and the two braked wheels lock the trolley in place once it reaches the worktop, oven or chiller. The protective barrier around the deck keeps items from sliding off during transit, so the operator can concentrate on steering rather than steadying the load.

The operator loads the deck up to the marked capacity, releases the brakes, and pushes the trolley to the destination.
