A transportation trolley-platform moves bulk ingredients, stacked trays or heavy equipment across a professional kitchen without lifting. The flat deck acts as a mobile work surface, while the wheels carry the load over thresholds and uneven floors. Two of the wheels lock to hold the trolley in place during loading or when it is parked beside a worktop or oven.

The operator slides the load onto the platform, secures it with the protective barrier if needed, releases the brakes and pushes the trolley to its destination. Once there, the brakes are reapplied to prevent rolling while the load is transferred or the trolley is left unattended.

The deck measures 1100 mm by 550 mm, giving a footprint large enough for standard gastronorm trays or multiple sacks of flour, potatoes or other dry goods. The 200 kg load rating allows the trolley to carry heavy items such as bulk liquids in containers or stacked sheet pans without straining the frame or wheels.

Construction is a welded steel frame with a flat steel deck. Four 125 mm wheels are fitted, two of them with foot-operated brakes. A tubular steel barrier runs around three sides of the deck to keep loads from sliding off during transit.

Cleaning is straightforward: the steel surfaces are wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the wheels are checked periodically for debris that could impede movement or braking.
