This heated dispenser trolley maintains plates at serving temperature until they are needed. Two separate chambers gently warm stacks of plates using insulated walls to distribute heat evenly. The temperature range prevents damage to delicate or robust tableware while ensuring plates remain ready for service.
Each chamber accommodates up to fifty-five plates, stacked from largest at the base to smallest at the top. The trolley connects to a standard power supply, and the digital control is adjusted to the required temperature. The unit then maintains the heat automatically, requiring no further intervention until plates are needed. During service, the operator unlocks the front wheels and moves the trolley to the desired location, drawing plates from the top of each stack for a consistent supply.
Constructed on a galvanised steel frame, the trolley features four 125 mm wheels, two with brakes for stability. A plastic barrier at the base protects surrounding surfaces from damage. The double-wall design with thermal insulation ensures the exterior remains cool and reduces energy consumption. A removable tray beneath the chambers collects debris, making cleaning straightforward.
The digital regulator allows simultaneous temperature control for both chambers, with settings adjustable between +30 °C and +85 °C. The 2 kW power rating ensures compatibility with standard electrical circuits. The trolley's dimensions of 380 mm by 720 mm allow it to fit through typical kitchen doorways while providing ample space for staff movement. At 900 mm tall, the plate stacks are positioned at a comfortable height for most users. Each chamber supports a maximum load of 35 kg, enabling the trolley to handle heavy crockery effortlessly.
After use, the trolley is disconnected from the power supply, and the chambers are left to cool. The removable tray is cleaned and replaced, while the plastic barrier and outer surfaces are wiped with a damp cloth. Wheels and brakes should be checked regularly to ensure smooth operation and secure holding.
