A planetary mixer uses a rotating beater alongside a bowl that spins in the opposite direction, ensuring thorough mixing. The beater orbits the bowl, blending ingredients evenly for consistent results. This design is particularly effective for aerating batters, emulsifying creams, and kneading dough without excessive strain on the mixture. Tasks such as whipping proteins, preparing cookie dough, or making pastry cream benefit from this approach, delivering uniform texture every time.

The operator secures the stainless steel bowl to the base and selects the appropriate attachment: a hook for bread dough, a shovel for biscuit mixtures, or a frother for meringues and whipped cream. Speed is adjusted smoothly via the inverter control, allowing gradual incorporation of dry ingredients before increasing to the desired consistency. Once mixing is complete, the bowl is raised manually, and the attachment removed.

Constructed on a powder-coated steel frame, the BULLINO12 is designed for worktop use. A gearbox transmission reduces the motor speed while boosting torque, enabling the mixer to handle dense dough effortlessly. The 0.37 kW motor operates on a standard 230 V single-phase circuit, common in professional kitchens. Its compact dimensions of 430 mm by 480 mm allow it to fit neatly alongside other appliances, while its 40 kg weight permits easy repositioning by two staff members.

Maintenance is straightforward: the stainless steel bowl, hook, shovel, and frother are dishwasher-safe, and the exterior can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The inverter and gearbox are sealed, requiring only occasional vent clearance to ensure proper airflow.
