Planetary mixer ROLLMATIC BULL B100

The ROLLMATIC BULL B100 is a planetary mixer designed for both artisanal and industrial use. It features a 100 L bowl capacity. The transmission system employs a gearbox lubricated in oil, with a steel crown and pinion also operating in an oil bath. Speed is regulated using an inverter. Safety is enhanced with detection systems for the bowl and its cover. An optional electronic keypad provides 100 working programmes, each configurable with five phases for time, speed, and pauses. Alternatively, a touch screen version with 50 programmes is available as an option. A stainless steel variant can be supplied on request.
