A pizza plate designed to present and serve individual pizzas directly from the worktop to the customer. The circular shape matches the standard pizza size, keeping toppings centred and the base intact during transfer.

Porcelain plates retain heat longer than metal or plastic, so the pizza stays warm through service. The glazed surface prevents food from sticking and allows easy slicing without scratching the plate. Because the material is dense and non-porous, it does not absorb flavours or odours, and the dark grey colour hides stains between washes.

The operator places the cooked pizza on the plate, cuts it into portions, and serves it without transferring to another dish. After use, the plate is scraped clean and loaded into the dishwasher. The glazed finish resists chipping and cracking under normal kitchen conditions, so the plate maintains its appearance over repeated cycles.

Made of durable glazed porcelain, the plate is microwave safe for reheating and dishwasher safe for cleaning. It is not oven safe, so it should not be placed in a hot oven or under a grill.
