A shelf designed to organise pizza screens or pans vertically, keeping them within easy reach while freeing worktop space. Instead of stacking pans flat, the shelf holds each one on its edge, so the operator can slide the required size out without lifting others. This arrangement also allows air to circulate around each pan, helping to prevent moisture build-up and keeping the surfaces dry between uses.

The shelf stands on the floor or on a worktop, depending on kitchen layout. Its open construction means no doors or drawers to open; the operator simply pulls the pan forward and lifts it clear. The vertical slots are sized to accept standard pizza screens and pans, so no additional fittings are needed.

To use, slide each pan into its slot from the front. The shelf's height allows up to fourteen pans to be stored in a footprint of 300 mm by 305 mm, making it suitable for tight spaces behind the pizza station or next to the oven. When a pan is needed, it is lifted straight out; there is no need to remove other pans first.

The shelf is constructed from steel wire coated in a food-safe finish. This material is lightweight enough to move when the kitchen is reorganised, yet strong enough to support the weight of multiple pans. The open wire design also makes it easy to wipe down after service, with no hidden corners where flour or sauce can collect.

Cleaning involves wiping the wire frame with a damp cloth or sanitiser after each shift. Because the shelf has no moving parts, there is no lubrication or adjustment required. The coating resists corrosion from kitchen humidity, so the shelf remains stable over time.

The dimensions of 300 mm width, 305 mm depth and 680 mm height give a compact footprint that fits between standard worktops and under most overhead shelves. The weight of the shelf itself is light enough for one person to carry, yet the base is wide enough to prevent tipping when fully loaded.
