An after washing table creates a dedicated zone immediately after the dishwasher where clean items can drain, dry and be organised before they return to service. The worktop holds racks of plates, cutlery and glassware while residual water drips into a trough or perforated shelf below, keeping the main work surface dry and hygienic.

The operator loads freshly washed items onto the table, arranges them in racks or on open shelves, and leaves them to air-dry. Once dry, the items are sorted into cupboards or trolleys for the next service period. The sequence keeps the dishwasher exit clear and prevents cross-contamination between clean and soiled wares.

Construction is stainless steel throughout, sized 650 mm wide, 510 mm deep and 900 mm high. The footprint fits standard kitchen aisles and allows the table to stand directly beside most commercial dishwashers without obstructing traffic.

Cleaning follows the same routine as the rest of the wash-up area: the surface is wiped with sanitiser after each service, and the trough or perforated shelf is removed and rinsed to prevent scale build-up.
