This commercial microwave oven uses microwaves to heat food evenly by causing water molecules to vibrate. A magnetron converts electricity into microwave radiation, while a rotating antenna at the base distributes waves throughout the cavity, ensuring consistent heating for various dish sizes and shapes.

Place food on the fixed ceramic tray inside the 35-litre cavity. Choose from 100 pre-set programmes or set the digital timer for up to 60 minutes. Adjust power across five levels or use the defrost-by-time function. For complex cooking, programme up to three consecutive stages, with an audible signal marking each completion. The membrane touch pad allows easy operation, even with gloves.

Constructed with a full stainless-steel front, cover, and cavity, the unit is built for durability in busy kitchens. A removable air filter captures grease and steam, simplifying maintenance. The interior light provides visibility without opening the door. Two identical units can be stacked to conserve workspace.

With a 1000 W power output, the oven heats food quickly. It operates on a 220 V single-phase supply, suitable for standard commercial wiring.
