complete with lamp G9 40W 240V
external dimensions 80x65 mm
A lamp receptacle kit keeps the internal lighting of an espresso machine working. The kit contains two complete receptacles that hold the lamp securely and carry the electrical supply to it. When the machine's control panel or boiler chamber is lit, the operator can see the water level, the steam pressure and the position of the portafilter without opening the door or removing the cup tray. The light also helps with cleaning and maintenance, showing scale or residue that would otherwise stay hidden.
Each receptacle consists of a socket that clips into the machine's housing and a connector that attaches to the lamp's base. The socket is fixed in place; the connector is removable so the lamp can be changed without tools. The kit is installed by pressing the socket into its mounting hole, then plugging the connector onto the lamp. No soldering or wiring is needed, and the machine's power must be off before the work begins.
The kit is made for espresso machines of the brands Ascaso, Cookmax, Gev, Piron and Tecnodom. The reference numbers for the compatible models are listed in the catalogue under each brand. The kit is supplied as two identical pieces, allowing both lamps to be replaced at the same time if the machine has two lighting points.
Cleaning is limited to wiping the socket and connector with a dry cloth to remove dust. No liquid cleaner should be used, as moisture can corrode the contacts or cause a short circuit. The kit is stored in the espresso machine section of the spare parts catalogue.
