An insulated box keeps pizzas at serving temperature while they travel from the oven to the customer. The walls and lid trap air, slowing the transfer of heat or cold between the food and the outside. This method relies on the insulating properties of the material rather than active heating or cooling, so it maintains temperature without drawing power or adding weight during transport.

The operator loads a cooked pizza directly into the box, closes the lid and carries it by the side handles. Inside, recesses in the side walls let fingers reach under the pizza for easy removal without tilting. The box can be stacked with others of the same model, so multiple orders travel together on a single tray or shelf. Rounded corners prevent snagging and make handling safer in a busy kitchen.

The box is moulded from a single piece of polypropylene, so there are no seams, screws or joints that could harbour dirt or weaken over time. The material resists high temperatures and can be washed in a dishwasher up to +80 °C. A separate lid seals the top, keeping the contents secure and further improving insulation.

The 480 mm width and depth are sized to hold a pizza up to 400 mm in diameter, leaving a small margin for handling. The 21 litre volume matches the space needed for one large pizza and its packaging. The 165 mm height keeps the box low enough to stack several units without wasting vertical space in a delivery vehicle or cold store.

Side handles are positioned for balanced carrying, and the lightweight construction reduces strain during repeated trips. The box meets HACCP standards for food safety during transport and storage, and the polypropylene construction allows recycling at the end of its service life.

Cleaning is straightforward: the smooth, seamless interior and rounded corners let water and detergent reach every surface, and the dishwasher-safe material withstands the temperatures and detergents used in professional kitchens.
