A continuous-flow coffee machine designed for environments where demand never pauses, the BOLERO Turbo 43 delivers freshly brewed coffee at a rate that keeps pace with peak service. Hot water circulates through ground coffee in sealed mixing units, extracting flavour and aroma under controlled pressure. The system maintains temperature and flow without interruption, allowing back-to-back dispensing while the next batch brews. This method eliminates downtime between batches and ensures every cup or decanter receives the same strength and temperature, regardless of how many are drawn in succession.
Operation begins by selecting the beverage on the touchscreen. The machine automatically detects whether a cup or a decanter is placed on the tray, adjusting the dispense volume accordingly. Strength and volume controls let the operator fine-tune each serving, while the simultaneous dispensing function fills two decanters in under two minutes. A single tap starts the cycle, and the machine handles the rest, freeing staff to attend to other tasks while coffee flows steadily.
The BOLERO Turbo 43 is built around four canisters, each holding 2.4 litres of ground coffee. These feed three mixing units that operate in parallel, ensuring a throughput of 44 litres per hour on a 230 V supply. A 400 V version increases capacity further, reaching up to 104 litres per hour for the highest-demand settings. The machine's footprint—326 mm wide, 504 mm deep and 845 mm high—fits neatly on a standard worktop, while its 6.0 kW power rating requires a dedicated circuit capable of handling the load without tripping.
Stainless steel surfaces and easily removable components simplify cleaning, a critical feature in healthcare and care facilities. The touchscreen can be wiped clean in seconds, and all internal parts are accessible for thorough sanitisation. A maintenance log tracks flushing, descaling and filter changes, ensuring compliance with hygiene protocols without manual record-keeping.
The machine is supplied with a 230 V plug as standard; the 400 V variant is available for installations where higher output is required. Both versions share the same external dimensions and control layout, allowing straightforward upgrades when demand grows.
