The BRAVILOR BONOMAT BOLERO Turbo 22 is an instant drink coffee machine.

This machine operates by mixing hot water with instant coffee granules. It features two mixing units, allowing for different beverage profiles or increased output. The process involves dispensing hot water into a cup or decanter and then mixing it with the instant coffee. Strength control allows the operator to adjust the ratio of coffee to water, while volume control sets the amount of liquid dispensed. Simultaneous dispensing enables two drinks to be prepared at the same time.

To use the machine, select a beverage via the touchscreen. The flippable tray automatically adjusts for dispensing into either cups or decanters. Two 2-litre decanters can be filled concurrently in 90 seconds. A single cup dispenses in 11 seconds. The canister capacity is 2x5.3 L.

The machine has a touchscreen that can be cleaned easily. All components are designed for straightforward access and disassembly, facilitating thorough cleaning. The maintenance history logs flushing, descaling, and water filter replacement.

A 400 V version is available, offering a higher capacity of up to 104 litres per hour.
