The Bolero 11 is a single-canister hot-beverage station built for instant ingredients. It delivers one consistent drink, such as coffee or hot chocolate, on demand. A built-in boiler heats water, which is then blended with instant powder from the transparent canister using a patented mixing system. The drink dispenses through a dedicated outlet, while a separate manual tap provides plain hot water for tea or soup. This setup prevents flavour mixing and avoids cross-contamination between beverages. Operation is simple. The user fills the 3.2-litre canister with the chosen instant ingredient, connects the water supply, and switches the machine on. Once the boiler reaches the correct temperature, the LED-lit menu panel activates. Cup size and strength are selected via on-screen controls, and a cup is placed under the outlet. Pressing the dispense button starts the mixing cycle, delivering the drink in seconds. For hot water, the manual tap is used as needed. An automatic descaling indicator signals when maintenance is required, and a rinse programme can be run at the end of service to clean the system. The machine features a stainless-steel chassis with metal-grey or white panels. The 3.2-litre canister is transparent, allowing staff to check ingredient levels easily. A polycarbonate splash guard surrounds the dispensing area, and the manual water tap is positioned to the side. The front panel includes the LED-lit menu, strength and volume selectors, and the dispense button. An eco mode reduces energy use during idle periods by lowering the boiler temperature, and insulation minimises heat loss. With a 2.23 kW power rating, the machine suits a standard single-phase circuit. It operates on 230 V at 50/60 Hz, matching typical British mains frequency. The dimensions—190 mm deep, 440 mm wide, and 590 mm high—ensure a compact footprint for most worktops. Hourly throughput of 30 litres supports steady demand in cafés, staff canteens, or small hotels. The rinse program flushes the mixing chamber after every batch, so the next cup starts with a clean path and no lingering taste from the previous drink. The transparent canister lifts out for emptying and washing, while the splash guard and drip tray can be rinsed under a tap. The rinse programme flushes the internal mixing chamber and dispensing lines, and the descaling programme removes mineral deposits from the boiler and water pathways. Both programmes run automatically once started via the menu panel. Two versions are available: the standard model with a manual hot-water tap and an identical model without it. A higher-capacity variant with increased power and throughput is also offered for busier environments.
