A water mixer blends hot and cold supplies at the tap, letting the operator set a steady temperature without juggling two separate valves. The handle adjusts the ratio of hot to cold flow, while the spout directs the mixed water into the sink. This single-lever design speeds up filling and rinsing tasks in a busy kitchen, where consistent water temperature is essential for safety and efficiency.

The OLIMPO003 mounts through a single hole in the sink deck or worktop. The operator lifts or lowers the star-shaped handle to start or stop the flow, then turns it left or right to balance hot and cold until the desired temperature is reached. The curved C-spout swivels, allowing the stream to reach every corner of the sink without moving pots or trays.

Construction is a chrome-plated brass body with a 24 mm spout diameter and 350 mm spout length. Flexible hoses are included for connection to the building's water services. The star handle gives a firm, non-slip grip even when hands are wet or greasy.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the chrome surface with a damp cloth to prevent water spots and limescale build-up. The swivel spout and handle should be checked periodically for smooth movement and tightened if they become loose.
