Full ice cube 36 gr
An ice maker that produces forty-five kilograms of dense, slow-melting cubes every twenty-four hours, designed for bars, restaurants and hotels where drink presentation and chilling performance matter.
The machine freezes water in a closed evaporator cell. A refrigeration circuit circulates refrigerant 290, which absorbs heat from the water and turns it into solid ice. Because the cell is shaped to form individual cubes, each one emerges with clean edges and a consistent size. The slow freeze creates a crystal structure that resists melting, so the ice stays firm in drinks and display trays.
Operation begins by connecting the water supply and plugging the unit into a 230 V socket. The electronic control panel is then set for the desired ice thickness and production cycle. Once started, the machine automatically fills the cell, freezes the water, harvests the cubes and drops them into the built-in storage container. When the container reaches its fifteen-kilogram capacity, the machine pauses until some ice is removed, then resumes production.
The body is constructed from stainless steel panels over a galvanised frame. The evaporator cell and water circuit are made of food-grade materials that meet hygiene standards for direct contact with ice. A transparent lid on the storage container lets staff check the fill level without opening it.
Controls consist of an on/off switch, a cycle selector and a display that shows the current status. The selector adjusts the thickness of the cubes, which in turn changes the freezing time and the number of cubes produced per cycle.
A power rating of 0.57 kW indicates the load the machine places on the electrical circuit. The 230 V requirement means it plugs into a standard single-phase outlet found in most professional kitchens. The forty-seven-kilogram weight allows two people to move the unit without a trolley, while the 500 mm width fits through standard doorways and under most worktops.
Cleaning involves emptying the container, wiping the interior with a mild sanitiser and running a rinse cycle through the water circuit. The transparent lid and stainless steel surfaces can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner.
A water-cooled variant is available for environments where ambient air temperatures are high or ventilation is limited.
The SP45/15 is listed in the professional refrigeration section of the catalogue under ice makers and beverage equipment.
