The KASTEL HK 1200 E PRS is a professional dome dishwasher designed for commercial use. Its operating principle involves a hood that is lifted and lowered over a rack of dishes. Once the hood is closed, a wash cycle begins, spraying hot water and detergent onto the dishes.
