This mobile trolley provides storage for eighteen standard GN1/1 Gastronorm trays, allowing kitchen staff to keep ingredients, dishes or bulk items organised and accessible. Fitted with castors, it can be moved effortlessly between prep areas, cooking stations or chilling units without shifting individual trays.

Each shelf is positioned to accommodate one GN1/1 tray, creating a vertical rack on wheels. The open design permits air to circulate around every tray, supporting temperature consistency for both hot and cold contents.

Loading is straightforward: trays slide onto shelves from the bottom upwards. Once filled, the trolley navigates tight spaces and standard doorways with ease. At the destination, trays can be removed in sequence or the trolley left in place as an extension of the workspace.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the trolley offers durability and simple maintenance in busy kitchens. The welded frame and fixed shelves ensure stability, with no moving parts or electrical elements requiring setup.

Measuring 380 mm in width, 530 mm in depth and 1732 mm in height, the trolley occupies minimal floor space while maximising vertical storage. Its design allows one person to manoeuvre it when empty, yet it remains robust enough to support the weight of eighteen loaded trays.

Cleaning involves wiping down the shelves and frame with a damp cloth and sanitiser after removing all trays. The absence of crevices ensures quick drying and immediate readiness for reuse, with no disassembly needed for routine upkeep.
