A stainless steel trolley organises up to fourteen GN1/1 gastronorm trays in a single vertical stack, keeping prepared ingredients, plated dishes or chilled components within arm's reach of the worktop or pass.

The unit stands on four swivel castors, two with brakes, so it rolls smoothly across tiled or resin floors and locks in place beside a hob, chiller or plating station. Each shelf is a flat, unobstructed platform sized to accept one full-size gastronorm tray without overhang, allowing trays to slide on and off horizontally without tilting or spilling.

Loading is sequential: the operator pulls the trolley to the preparation area, unlocks the brakes, slides a tray onto the lowest shelf, then repeats the motion up the stack until all fourteen shelves are filled. When the trolley is full, the brakes are set and the unit is wheeled to the point of use, where trays are retrieved in the same order or in reverse, depending on the kitchen's workflow.

Construction is welded stainless steel throughout, with no moving parts except the castors. The frame is a single column that rises from the base to the top shelf, giving the trolley its 1732 mm height and ensuring stability when fully loaded. Shelves are fixed at equal intervals, so the spacing between each tray remains constant and predictable.

Cleaning follows from the materials: shelves and frame are wiped down with a damp cloth and sanitiser after each service, with no crevices or joints that trap debris. Castors are checked periodically for wear and replaced as a set to maintain smooth rolling.
