This trolley provides mobile storage for twelve GN1/1 gastronorm trays, allowing easy transport of ingredients, dishes or bulk food across kitchen work areas. Trays slot into fixed runners on each shelf, keeping them level and secure during movement. The design lets trays move directly from the trolley into ovens, bain-maries or refrigerators without repacking, helping maintain food temperature and reduce handling time.

Loading starts at the bottom shelf, with one tray per level. Once filled, the trolley can be wheeled to the required station, where brakes hold it steady. Trays are removed from the top down to keep the unit balanced.

The stainless steel frame resists corrosion and cleans easily in kitchen conditions. Shelves are spaced to fit GN1/1 trays, ensuring proper alignment.

With a width of 380 mm, depth of 530 mm and height of 1732 mm, the trolley fits through standard kitchen doorways and service lifts. Its size suits most professional kitchen aisles, and the top shelf sits at a convenient height for operators.

Cleaning requires only a damp cloth and mild detergent. The open frame prevents debris build-up, and the simple shelf design minimises maintenance.
