A mobile rack that carries ten full-size gastronorm trays keeps hot or chilled food organised between the production line and the service point. Instead of lifting each tray individually, the operator slides them onto fixed shelves, then wheels the entire load at once. The trolley stands on four castors, allowing it to move smoothly across kitchen floors.
