A glass door assembly maintains a clear view of chilled drinks and bottled stock while keeping the cold air sealed inside a backbar cooler. The double-glazed panel traps an insulating layer of air between the panes, reducing condensation and cutting the energy needed to hold the set temperature. Magnetic gaskets press against the cabinet frame to form an airtight seal when the door is closed, preventing warm air from entering and cold air from escaping.

The operator loads the shelves with bottles, cans or pre-packaged items, closes the door and sets the thermostat on the cooler. Once the unit reaches the desired temperature, the glass door allows staff to scan the contents without opening the cabinet, minimising temperature fluctuations and speeding up service during peak hours.

This complete assembly includes the glass panel, aluminium frame, hinges, handle and magnetic gasket. The frame is pre-drilled for direct replacement on the BA10H-I backbar cooler, ensuring a precise fit without modification.

Cleaning follows from the materials: wipe the glass with a mild detergent solution to remove fingerprints and spills, and inspect the gasket for debris that could break the seal. The aluminium frame can be cleaned with the same solution, avoiding abrasive pads that could scratch the surface.
