Gas stove with oven CASTA S7/FUG4LO

The CASTA SMART S7/FUG4LO is a gas stove featuring an integrated gas oven. This appliance is designed for cooking applications where both stovetop and oven functionality are required.

The operating principle of a gas stove involves open burners that ignite gas to produce a direct flame for cooking. The gas oven operates by burning gas to heat the oven cavity, with a fan or convection system often used to circulate hot air for even cooking. This model has four open-type burners, each fitted with a gas valve and thermocouple for safety, and ignites manually. Above the burners, black enamelled cast iron grates provide a stable cooking surface.

The stove's work surface is constructed from 1.0 mm thick pressed AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, while the rest of the structure uses 0.8 mm thick AISI 430 stainless steel. The control knobs are made from heat-resistant material.

The appliance includes a GN 2/1 gas oven. The oven is powered by a 7.9 kW gas output and is equipped with a safety and thermostatic gas valve, a thermocouple, a pilot light, and piezoelectric ignition for convenience. The oven temperature can be adjusted between 50 °C and 300 °C. The interior of the oven chamber is made from AISI 430 stainless steel, with the structural housing made of FE steel and the oven door also constructed from AISI 430 stainless steel.

The stove stands on adjustable feet made from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, allowing for levelling on uneven floors.

The total power output for the appliance is 7.9 kW. Its dimensions are 800 mm in length, 700 mm in width, and 850 mm in height.
