Gas stove with oven CASTA F7/KUG4LO

The CASTA FAST F7/KUG4LO is a gas stove featuring an integrated gas oven, designed for professional kitchens.

This stove is equipped with four open-type burners. Two burners have a power output of 3.5 kW each, while the other two burners provide 6.0 kW each. Above the burners, black enamelled cast iron grates offer a stable surface for pots and pans. Each burner is fitted with a gas valve and a thermocouple for safety. Ignition for the burners is manual. The control knobs are made from heat-resistant material.

The appliance includes a GN 2/1 gas oven. The oven has a power output of 7.9 kW and features a safety and thermostatic gas valve, a thermocouple, a pilot light, and piezoelectric ignition. The oven temperature can be adjusted within a range of 50 °C to 300 °C.

Construction details include a work surface made from 1.0 mm thick pressed AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. The main structure of the appliance is built from 0.8 mm thick AISI 430 stainless steel. The interior of the oven chamber is also made of AISI 430 stainless steel, while the oven's structural housing is constructed from FE steel. The oven door is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. The entire unit stands on adjustable feet crafted from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, allowing for levelling on uneven surfaces.

The overall dimensions of the appliance are 800 mm in length, 700 mm in width, and 850 mm in height.

Cleaning of the burners and grates should be carried out after use. The stainless steel surfaces can be wiped down with appropriate cleaning agents. The oven interior may require specific cleaning procedures depending on usage.
