Gas stove with oven CASTA F7/FUG4LO

The CASTA FAST F7/FUG4LO is a gas stove with an integrated gas oven, suitable for cooking applications requiring both direct heat from burners and oven cooking.

This gas stove supplies gas to open burners on the work surface and to the oven cavity. The burners provide direct heat for pans, while the oven uses a gas burner to heat its internal space. Hot air circulates within the oven, cooking food. The oven temperature is regulated to suit different cooking requirements.

Operation begins with manual ignition of the four open-type burners, each fitted with a gas valve and thermocouple for safety. The oven is ignited using a pilot light and piezoelectric system, and features a safety and thermostatic gas valve with a thermocouple. The operator sets the desired temperature for the oven using the control knob, which can be adjusted between 50 °C and 300 °C.

The work surface is constructed from 1.0 mm thick pressed AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. The main structure of the appliance is made from 0.8 mm thick AISI 430 stainless steel. The oven's interior chamber and door are also made of AISI 430 stainless steel, while its structural housing is FE steel. Black enamelled cast iron grates sit above the burners. The appliance stands on adjustable feet made from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, allowing for levelling on uneven surfaces.

Controls include heat-resistant knobs for gas regulation and temperature setting. The oven temperature is adjustable from 50 °C to 300 °C.

The dimensions of the unit are 800 mm in length, 700 mm in width, and 850 mm in height.

Cleaning involves wiping down the stainless steel surfaces and cast iron grates. The internal oven chamber can be accessed for cleaning after use.
