Schaerer Coffee Soul has a brand new design, available in two possible models - Coffee Soul 10 with 10.4" touchscreen and Coffee Soul 12 with The 12.1" high resolution screen. It comes with a choice of user interfaces to match your way of operating the machine: staff, self-serving guests or self-serving frequent users. Offering a wealth of modular features, it retains a compact conception and all of its quintessential qualities.
Whether you own a hip restaurant or a boutique hotel, run a gas station or a convenience store, manage a coffee-bar or are in charge of the executive lounge of your company, you will find in the new Schaerer Coffee Soul the perfect partner. It blends in seamlessly with your décor and has an extensive range of options and accessories to match your business’s requirements.
A fully automatic coffee machine that produces espresso, café crème, cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate, cold and hot milk, and a range of powdered drinks without manual intervention.
The machine uses a built-in grinder to mill fresh coffee beans for each cup. Heated water is forced through the ground coffee under pressure to extract espresso. A separate steam wand froths milk or heats it, while a hot-water outlet dispenses plain or mixed drinks. The touchscreen controls the volume, strength and temperature of each beverage, allowing the same machine to serve a ristretto, a large Americano or a customised chai latte.
To operate, the user selects a drink from the touchscreen. The machine grinds the beans, tamps the grounds, extracts the espresso, and steams or foams the milk if required. The finished drink is dispensed into the cup placed beneath the outlet. For regular users, preset profiles speed up selection; for guests, a guided mode offers step-by-step customisation. Staff mode allows quick access to pre-set recipes during peak service.
The exterior is stainless steel with brass trim and a choice of coloured casing. The 33 cm width fits tight counter spaces. A 1200 g bean tank sits inside the machine, and spent grounds are automatically collected in an under-counter container. The touchscreen is either 10.4 in or 12.1 in, depending on model, and can display promotional videos on the larger version. An adjustable-height outlet and ambient lighting suit self-service areas.
Controls consist of the touchscreen and a rotary knob. The screen displays drink options and settings; the knob scrolls through menus and confirms selections. Guest, frequent-user and staff modes are accessed via the screen.
The power rating of 1800 to 5800 W requires a dedicated circuit sized to the chosen connection. The 55 kg weight means the unit is moved on a trolley or with two people. The 330 mm width allows installation in narrow worktops or under shelves, while the 576 mm depth and 730 mm height fit standard counter heights and overhead cupboards.
Cleaning involves emptying the spent-grounds container daily, wiping the steam wand after each use, and running a descaling programme at intervals set by water hardness. The touchscreen and casing are cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
Two models are available: the Soul Select 10 with a 10.4 in touchscreen, and the Soul Select 12 with a 12.1 in touchscreen, adjustable lighting, touchless outlet and video capability.
The machine is categorised under automatic coffee machines in the professional catering equipment catalogue.
