Gas hob with stand or neutral cabinet CASTA S7/FUG4BA

This CASTA SMART S7/FUG4BA is a gas stove integrated with a neutral cabinet. Designed for professional kitchens, this appliance combines cooking functionality with storage.

The operating principle of a gas stove involves the controlled combustion of natural gas or LPG to generate heat for cooking. Gas flows through a valve to an open burner, where it mixes with air and is ignited. The resulting flame heats cookware placed on the grate above. This model features four open-type burners, two rated at 4.5 kW and two at 3.2 kW, providing different heat outputs for various cooking tasks.

To operate, place cookware on the black enamelled cast iron grates positioned above each burner. Ignition is manual; turn the control knob to the desired setting and use an external ignition source. The control knobs are constructed from heat-resistant material and incorporate "cool-grip" technology for safe handling. Below the cooking surface, a neutral cabinet offers space for storage.

The stove body is constructed from AISI 430 stainless steel, 0.8 mm in thickness. The grates are made of black enamelled cast iron. The appliance is supported by adjustable feet manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, allowing for levelling on uneven surfaces.

The specifications indicate a total power output from the burners, with individual ratings of 3.2 kW and 4.5 kW. The overall dimensions of the unit are 800 mm in length, 700 mm in width, and 850 mm in height.

Cleaning involves maintaining the stainless steel surfaces and cast iron grates. The neutral cabinet is integrated into the design for straightforward upkeep.
