Gas griddle MBM MFTG77TL

The MBM MAGISTRA PLUS 700 is a gas grill with a smooth plate, article number MFTG77TL. It is designed for professional kitchens.

A gas grill uses gas burners to heat a cooking surface. This model transfers heat from independent gas burners directly to the smooth steel cooking plate for direct contact cooking. The plate temperature is controlled by adjusting the gas flow to the burners.

To use the grill, ignite the independent gas burners. Once the smooth steel cooking plate reaches the desired temperature, food can be placed directly onto it. The 15 mm thick cooking plate is available with either a polished or a solid chrome finish. The chrome finish prevents flavour and odour transfer between different cooked foods and reduces heat dispersion. After cooking, the removable stainless steel basin, with a capacity of up to 2 litres, can be taken out for cleaning. The worktop is 1 mm thick AISI 18/10 stainless steel, and the cooking plate has rounded front corners.

The power rating is 11 kW. The unit's dimensions are 700 mm length, 714 mm width, and 250 mm height. It weighs 75 kg.

Cleaning involves removing the stainless steel basin. The smooth steel cooking plate, especially with the chrome finish, requires appropriate cleaning methods to maintain its properties and prevent flavour contamination.
