Gas griddle CASTA P7/KTG1BBLK

The CASTA P7/KTG1BBLK is a gas-powered smooth grill surface designed for professional kitchens. This appliance operates using high-efficiency gas burners, each featuring two flame tubes. These burners heat a 15 mm thick smooth steel plate, creating a consistent cooking surface. The unit includes a gas safety valve, thermocouple for flame monitoring, and piezoelectric ignition for ease of use.

Operation involves igniting the gas burners, which then heat the steel plate to the desired temperature. Food is placed directly onto the hot, smooth surface for grilling. A rear flue chimney directs exhaust gases away. The construction includes a grease collection channel with a drainage hole leading to a front-mounted grease drawer, facilitating upkeep.

The appliance is constructed from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, featuring a scotch brite finish. The worktop is round and also made of AISI 304 stainless steel. It is fitted with height-adjustable legs, also in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, allowing for levelling on uneven surfaces. The power rating of 6 kW indicates the energy consumption from the gas supply. The dimensions are 400 mm in length, 700 mm in width, and 305 mm in height. This gas grill is certified according to safety standards.
