Gas griddle CASTA E7/KTG1BBRK

This CASTA EASY 700 E7/KTG1BBRK is a gas-fired ribbed grill top. Its work surface is AISI 304 stainless steel, featuring rounded corners. An integrated flue chimney, made from acid-resistant material, is located at the top. The heating plate is 15 mm thick AISI 430 steel. Splashguards are also AISI 304 stainless steel. A grease drain channel with a hole and a fat collection drawer are situated at the front. The grilling surface is heated by a gas burner with two flame tubes. The unit includes a gas safety tap, thermocouple, and piezoelectric ignition. Temperature can be adjusted across a wide range. Control knobs use heat-resistant material with "cool-grip" technology. Designed for bench mounting, the model is fitted with legs. It has a power output of 6 kW. Dimensions are 400 mm (length) x 700 mm (width) x 275 mm (height).
